In 2014, Mr. Alvarez designed the iconic Rosalie’s Building in Marilao, Bulacan, showcasing his innovative vision. He then ventured into nickel mining as a contractor in Claver, Surigao del Norte in 2015, demonstrating his versatility and ambition.
