Manny Alvarez

President and CEO

Manny Alvarez: Visionary Leader in Construction and Infrastructure

Mr. Manny Alvarez, a Certified Security Management Specialist (CSMS), has built a career defined by strategic foresight, operational mastery, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Over a decade ago, he served as Security Consultant, Losses Consultant, and Work Process Consultant for one of the Philippines’ top 500 companies, simultaneously overseeing multiple company brands. In this capacity, Mr. Alvarez was responsible for minimizing corporate product losses, supervising nationwide project execution, training and monitoring staff, and guiding over 2,000 sales employees—all while analyzing complex operational data across multiple functional areas.

Concurrently, Mr. Alvarez held the role of President and General Manager for nationwide security and manpower operations, managing approximately 700 personnel. He played a pioneering role in establishing the first security agency for the newly registered National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), ultimately managing operations across half of Cebu, the entire Bicol region, Mindoro, and surrounding provinces, including the NGCP Main Computer Building. He also supervised over 100 manpower personnel serving the Quezon and Laguna area offices.

In 2014, Mr. Alvarez played a key role as a supplier and operations manager for the Iglesia Ni Cristo Philippine Arena project in Bocaue, Bulacan—one of the largest arenas in the world. He managed the day-to-day operations of over 100 trucks, from drivers and vehicle coordination to quarry deliveries, billing, and collections. That same year, he served as conceptual designer and Construction Manager for Rosalie’s Building in Marilao, Bulacan. In 2015, he expanded into nickel mining in Claver, Surigao del Norte, through a strategic collaboration with a partner firm. In 2017, Mr. Alvarez transitioned fully to construction, founding MSEVEN Construction and Supplies, where he currently serves as President and CEO. He later established M7 HUVO 1 FUEL TRADING CORP., expanding the M7 Philippines brand into international fuel trading across Asia.

Together with his partner Mr. Milo Gonzales, Mr. Alvarez is currently negotiating major transactions with fuel suppliers and buyers across Asia. Additionally, contracts for nationwide large-scale construction projects in partnership with Saudi Arabian firms have been finalized and are scheduled for implementation in 2026. These efforts mark an important phase in the growth of Mr. Alvarez and Mr. Gonzales, cementing their legacy as visionary leaders in construction, infrastructure, and international business.

Executive Vice President, CFO, and IBDD

Mr. Camilo M. Gonzales is a distinguished figure within M7 Philippines, where he holds the prestigious titles of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and International Business Development Director (IBDD). Hailing proudly from Tarlac, Philippines, Mr. Gonzales boasts a rich professional background spanning several decades.

Having spent 45 years residing in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Gonzales garnered invaluable experience and expertise in consultancy. Throughout his career, he has lent his strategic insights and guidance to numerous projects, establishing himself as a trusted consultant in the industry.

In addition to his consultancy work, Mr. Gonzales also serves as a co-owner of M7, underscoring his deep commitment and investment in the company's success. His multifaceted role within the organization showcases his diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to driving growth and excellence within M7 Philippines.

Keizzer P. Alvarez

Vice President - General Manager

Mr. Keizzer Alvarez holds the esteemed position of Vice President - General Manager at M7 Philippines, where he oversees pivotal functions including operations, finance, logistics, administration, HR, and marketing.

With a meticulous eye for detail and strategic prowess, he ensures the seamless integration of these departments, facilitating optimal performance across the organization. From financial management to team empowerment initiatives, Mr. Alvarez's leadership is the driving force behind M7 Philippines' success and expansion.
